1971 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible. Car has clean title. Believed to be the third owner. Have build sheet. Previous owner owned the car since 1988 - he lived in North Carolina - this is where the car originally came from. Current owner bought the car. Owned it for 3 years. Only thing car could use is a minor tune-up.
Car is matching number 350, 2 barrel, 3-speed transmission. Under hood has never been molested, down to all original vacuum lines, etc. When car sits for a month or so, you get a very minor puff of smoke out of exhaust (valve seals). If you drive car every day, it doesn't smoke at all. Has brand new exhaust from manifolds back. Nice 8" Corvette rally's with good tires.
Car had 1 repaint about 20 years ago. Both rear quarters have been replaced. Car has original bumpers that shine pretty good. Minor rust shown in pictures. Little spot under the pinch well molding and one tiny spot on rear quarter above bumper, as shown in pictures. No rot on undercarriage, frame, floors, radiator support, or wheel wells. Two minor rust spots in trunk which you can see in picture.
Interior is mint and all original except for rug and mats. Does have stock AM/FM stereo that works. Power convertible top works fine. Key buzzer works. Everything else works even cigarette lighter. Convertible top is in perfect condition. Fairly new with glass back window.
