1978 Ford Mustang King Cobra Loads of receipts from recent work, Viking double adjustable coil over suspension up front, new heits control arms, new 304 stainless exhaust from headers back (headman headers). Interior is beautiful, dash redone, drivers seat with a small tear. New tires, custom rims, wiring gone through, new blower motor, tac, all lights work, heater works, new fuel pump.
1978 Ford Mustang King Cobra, 302 engine original 4 speed transmission runs and drives wonderfully. New electric Carter fuel pump, 304 stainless steel exhaust from headers back (does have spun (a stainless steel) catalytic converters because I live in a DEQ (emissions) area (and it did pass emissions). Exhaust comes out just before the rear tires. New tires, custom rims, Viking double adjustable coil over shocks in the front, Heidts upper and lower in the front (I have all original parts that come with the mustang, the control arms, ect). Ford 9 inch rear end, new Monroe air shocks in the rear. New fuel sensor in tank, new blower motor (heat works great), new GASKETS in all door window frames and T-top gaskets, new trunk gasket, all new brakes (new calipers, rotors, pads in the rear and pads up front) new rubber brake lines, new master cylinder and booster.
All receipts come with the Mustang.
I do also have a T5 5 speed transmission (this was purchased out of a racing Fox body Mustang, the guy that raced it blew the motor, so he sold me the transmission). Transmission will come with the Mustang. Also comes with a short shifter.
Faults: This mustang was repainted 10 years or so ago, the paint looks like an alligator and it wasn't painted well at all. It is a true 20 footer, but she runs and drives great and is a true runner! The interior is in good shape, the drivers side seat is the one seat that has small tear in it and a stain. Other than that, it's very clean on the inside. The previous owner did create holes in the rear panels to put 6 by 9's in the rear (there are currently 6 by 9's in the rear of the Mustang). The dash area where the stereo originally sat had some damage, so I created a control area with after market gages and put the stereo in the glove box. This stereo is a blue tooth radio stereo system.
