1962 Ford Galaxie 500

'62 Ford Galaxie 500 2 door sedan. Very straight, very dry car. Converted from a 292 Y-block/ automatic to a 390, 4 speed. All correct parts used in conversion.
Body has all original panels with only minor rust on fenders at hood jamb (like all of them) and a scaley, but not soft passenger front foot well from a cracked windshield gasket. I can't say enough about how clean the body is. A previous owner felt the need to prime random areas of the body.
Engine is a fresh 390 4 barrel. Starts and runs beautifully. Clutch assy was new at time of conversion. A used but very nice shifting T-10 and Hurst shifter behind it. Shifter will need some easy to find repro parts that have worn. Has 406 style shorties (driver's is rough) and no exhaust beyond that. Master cylinder is bad from sitting.
Front wheels do not go with car, they will be replaced with rollers, rears are 65/66 Ford 15's w/bias ply's.
