Powered by a 6.0L Corvette LS2 V-8 engine with an Aeromotive fuel pump and automatic transmission, the engine is subtly dressed with polished components and a bar across the valve covers reading “Chevrolet Cameo 57.” Nestled into a well-finished, color-matched engine bay, the truck is equipped with power steering and 4-wheel power disc brakes, making the Cameo much easier to drive and enjoy. A custom wood-rimmed steering wheel is set atop a tilt steering column, and Classic Instruments gauges are positioned in a field of polished metal. Tinted glass helps keep temperatures reasonable and block damaging UV rays.
