1946 GMC Pickup

1946 GMC 1/2 Ton SWB Truck with utility box that would make an interesting shop truck or rat rod. Nice patina, very clean frame, good title.
Serial number indicates it started life as a traditional 1/2 ton short bed, so the box could be changed back to a regular pickup. Tag on bed indicates it was installed in February of 1947. It has the original 228 Jimmy 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission. Engine is stuck at this time. The truck is all original except the seat - the original seat is gone but I have a newer third-row SUV seat (pictured) that fits the cab.
