 2008 Porsche Cayenne S 4.8L V8 engine. Vehicle turns on and runs (and ran perfectly for years) but is now encountering engine issues diagnosed by a Porsche-specialist mechanic as needing a new timing chain; vehicle was originally built out on a salvage title following roof damage from a fallen tree branch.
