1962 Chevrolet Impala
Have a file on receipts for what is in and was done to the car.
The engine is a Scott Shafiroff Racing Enterprises 540 cu. In.
I have a complete Shafiroff list of what is in the engine and the dyno sheet. The engine made a max of 701 HP at 6800 RPM and max TQ of 594 at 5700 RPM. It has two Edelbrock four barrels. It is a dart block and dart alum. heads. The intake is an Edelbrock. The ignition and distributor are MSD.
The Trans is a built TH400 with a reverse valve body. Including  titanium pieces. No trans brake.
The converter was built by Dynamic and is 4000 stall unit. This was built to handle the horse power and weight of the car.  
The rear was built by A&D auto, builders of specialty differentials. It is a ford 9” and has a spool and a 4.33 Richmond gear. It was modified to work with the Impala suspension and strengthened to accommodate the weight and power.
