Description

Starting with a Arizona Truck , Big Happy Rods Inc did a frame off restoration, stripped the body to bare metal and painted the body with single stage flat white. Paint is no 100 perfect but a great cruiser. There is a couple small spots of surface rust starting see pics notthing major  The frame has been C notched ,new rear springs and shocks, new lowered front suspension, new sway bar and  four new shocks, front disc brakes conversion, installed tilt wheel column, installed new front and rear shaded glass with new window seals. Installed a new lower front seat, seat belts LED tail lights and new bumpers. Custom Hand brake with new brake cables. Custom GM seat belt tail gate release.   Last year the engine and transmission were replaced along with other items listed for a cost of $ 7,800 1987 Corvette 350 with aluminum heads and new hi perf cam, recent Edelbrock intake and carb. Headers with flow master mufflers. Recently rebuilt 700 R4 automatic transmission with Lokar shift linkage.  New wiring harness, new gauges and switches. All gauges are working. Wiring harness is set up for air conditioning, if you want to add air conditioning at a later time.  Aluminum radiator with trans cooler and electric fan. It has a 12 bolt spool rear. New Carpet with sound deadening mat. In the past two years it has only been driven 317 miles since Hot Rod Restoration.  The new door seals were just installed, the window felt had been replaced a couple of years ago.  The steel wheels are 15X10 Rear and 15X8 Front, it drives and steers like a dream. The new cab floors lowered the cab height to the frame. It does not drive like a 1965 Chevy C10, It was built to handle. Original wiper switch and new wiper motor harness has been installed. The new stainless steel vent shades have been installed. Just like any old vehicle you may need to do normal maintenance and a little tlc. But i love this truck, its a fun cruiser  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6h8yaW-QAXg
