1958 GMC 100. This truck is a number matching 336ci V8 truck, the transmission is a 4 speed Hydramatic on the column and of course it’s a big back window. This is the short bed stepside. We pulled it out of a field about two years ago and now have it running and roughly driving. I have gone thru the whole brake system and replaced all wheel cylinders, pads and master cylinder. I had a whole new wire harness installed.
I changed the main seal on the transmission and flushed all fluids. I put in a new radiator and replaced all freeze plugs cause they were just rusted out.
The list of what has been done over the last two years is pretty long and I have all the original parts that have been replaced. I have the rear bumper and extra fender to delete the spare tire and all the metal rails for the bed.
