Description
This 1989 Chevrolet C10 Short Bed 2WD has undergone a full rebuild just 8,000 miles ago and features extensive upgrades throughout. The suspension has been lowered 4 inches with a notched rear frame, 4-inch drop spindles, and tubular A-arms up front. A cowl hood and rolled rear pan give the truck a clean, aggressive stance. The rear bumper has been deleted for a smooth custom look.
Under the hood is a 383 cubic inch small block stroker engine with aluminum heads, headers, Edelbrock Air Gap intake manifold, and a Holley 750 carburetor. MSD ignition and a vacuum canister help deliver strong, consistent performance. The engine includes a high-lift cam (specs unavailable) and does not have catalytic converters—it will not pass emissions.
The drivetrain includes a high-performance Turbo 350 automatic transmission paired with a 2,500 RPM stall converter. Fuel is delivered via an electric pump and fuel pressure gauge to a 20-gallon fuel cell mounted in the bed, which is covered by a rigid black tonneau cover.
Inside, the truck has a fresh interior featuring a leather 60/40 bench seat, custom steering wheel, Dakota Digital dash, vinyl flooring, and manual windows. It rides on Rocket Racing wheels wrapped in new 265/60/18 rear and 235/60/18 front tires.
