1976 MG MGB Roadster

1976 MGB roadster. New carburetor, new fuel tank, new exhaust, runs very very well. However it needs to pass smog , but I’m tapped out , I believe it may need a catalytic converter
It’s very close to passing smog
Must sell situation
Tonneau cover in trunk
Have clean title and non operation status
92,000 miles.
No rust.
Body in great condition
Interior is clean
